CA, 17 Nov 2021
Chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw is reminding Albertans to remain vigilant as coronavirus cases in the province continue to decline.

During her weekly update on coronavirus in Alberta, Hinshaw announced that 321 new COVID-19 cases were identified in the province. 518 people were in hospital with coronavirus, 101 being treated in the ICU.

Hinshaw also urged Albertans to get their flu shot as influenza season has arrived, saying the province can expect a rise in the number of patients with respiratory symptoms and other illnesses.
