Has 'living with COVID-19' become South Korea's new normal?

On November 1, South Korea introduced a new set of pandemic policies that lifts curbs on business hours for public spaces and raises maximum numbers for gatherings, all aimed at a new "living with COVID-19" ethos. South Korea has been seeing over 2,000 new daily cases, and severe cases have hit 522. It's still not clear if or when South Korea will proceed to Stage 2 of the new policy and continue lifting restrictions.
