BREAKING: Health Secretary self-isolating after being 'pinged' by coronavirus app

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has revealed he is self-isolating after being "pinged" by the NHS coronavirus app.
In a video posted to his Twitter account Mr Hancock said: "Last night I was pinged by the NHS coronavirus app, so that means I'll be self-isolating at home, not leaving the house at all, until Sunday.
