COVID-19 has devastated the Brazilian population -- over 600,000 have died from the virus.

Now a parliamentary committee has put part of the blame on President Jair Bolsonaro. After a six-month inquiry, it's formally approved a report charging him with crimes against humanity.

Bolsonaro voted against the use of masks in religious sites and obstructed efforts to promote social distancing. The opposition blames his policies for over half the death toll.
