BC's fight for fuel: Trans Mountain hopes to restart pipeline at reduced capacity in days

There are setbacks to getting the Trans Mountain pipeline up and running again. It was voluntarily shut off due to British Columbia's atmospheric river disaster.

The line moves oil and gas from Edmonton, Alberta into B.C.'s lower mainland. So far, it's been shut down for 12 days - the longest in the pipeline's nearly 70-year history.
