At the invitation of Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Davos Agenda of the World Economic Forum on January 25 via video link in Beijing. Xi has emphasized a greater need for global integration and economic globalization recently. In the pandemic-ravaged 2020, China became the only major economy seeing positive growth, with its GDP exceeding 100 trillion yuan (about $15.4 trillion).
