Desperate hunt for Indonesian submarine as oxygen set to run out

The head of the Indonesian navy says a missing submarine with 53 sailors on board will run out of oxygen by Saturday.
A search and rescue operation is under way where an oil spill has been spotted off the coast of Bali.
