Dr David Nabarro says the world should be accessing COVID vaccines in an "equal way" and there should be a 'fair share'.

The World Health Organisation envoy adds that he hopes world leaders will commit to fairly sharing doses in the future and has urged the UK to start giving away its vaccines once the over-50s have been vaccinated.
