Capitol rioters acted on Trump's 'orders', says Democratic impeachment manager

Capitol rioters were acting on Donald Trump's "instructions", the Democrats argued on the third day of Donald Trump's impeachment trial.
Rep. Diana DeGette, a House impeachment manager, made the case that Trump loyalists were at the Capitol that day because Trump had clearly told them to be.
"He invited them with clear instructions for a specific time and place, and with clear orders to stop the certification in Congress by any means necessary," she said.
