Two police officers dug an emergency snow shelter to avoid a raging blizzard in Hejing County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on February 12. While others were celebrating the Chinese New Year, the two police officers worked for five hours to rescue people and vehicles trapped on the snow-covered road.
