The city of Sao Paulo in Brazil has issued a new lockdown due to the worsening Covid-19 health situation. These restrictions include the closure of all non-essential shops. Nearly 260,000 people have died of Covid in Brazil, the second-highest pandemic death toll in the world after the United States.
