The mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas comes just days after 10 people were killed in Buffalo, New York and after a gunman targeted a California church. A new FBI report shows the number of active shooter incidents in the U.S. last year jumped more than 50 percent compared to the year before.
