Africa Cup of Nations: Cameroon beat Burkina Faso amid security threats, COVID

Cameroon beat Burkina Faso in the opening football match of the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
But the central African nation which spent almost $1bn to host AFCON is facing threats from armed groups.
And despite fans being tested for COVID-19 infections are spreading.
Several players have tested positive for the virus, putting strains on Cameroon's creaking health system.
