Small Business Minister Paul Scully says there's no need for further restrictions despite the Army being deployed to help hospitals.
Some 200 Armed Forces personnel are being brought in to support the NHS in London where hospitals are struggling to cope without staff who have been infected with COVID.
The Royal College of Nursing says the deployment means the government can no longer deny there is a "staffing crisis" within the NHS.
