The British government is accusing Russia of plotting to install a pro-Russian government in Ukraine, and say Moscow has already chosen a candidate. There are already over 100,000 Russian troops on the border with Ukraine, with growing fears of an imminent invasion. Mike Le Couteur follows the developments on the story.
Representatives of Afghanistan's Taliban arrived in Norway on Sunday for three days of talks on how to alleviate a humanitarian crisis.
