President Biden deals with major setbacks in voting rights effort

Democratic Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema refuse to back the party's efforts to change the Senate's filibuster rules. Without that change, a voting rights bill passed Thursday by the House -- a key part of President Joe Biden's agenda -- is unlikely to pass in the Senate.
