Canada's COVID-19 border rules ease for fully vaccinated foreign travellers

Canada's pandemic restrictions are finally easing for most foreigners, as fully-vaccinated, non-essential international travellers are now officially being allowed to come into Canada without having to quarantine.

This is provided they meet all the requirements right before entering the country—including providing proof of vaccination, as well as a negative COVID-19 test result.

Jamie Mauracher looks at the new rules, and the fears the country is opening up too soon in the Delta-driven fourth wave.
