Belgian city Purgatoire flooded after heavy rains

The Belgian city of Purgatoire, near the border with Germany, is left flooded after several days of heavy rain caused rivers in the French-speaking region of Wallonia to burst their banks. Heavy rains and floods lashing western Germany have killed at least nine people and left around 50 missing, as rising waters led several houses to collapse.
