The third COVID-19 wave is driving case counts higher than they’ve ever been in Canada, and there is talk of tighter restrictions in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. Kamil Karamali reports on one part of Ontario, where the local health unit is warning every resident to consider themselves a COVID-19 carrier.

A record 125 patients were in intensive care in B.C., as the province reported more than 1,200 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday. Keith Baldrey discusses the possibility of more restrictions.
