Marcia Rigg: 'This is a historical moment'

The sister of Sean Rigg, who died being restrained in a prone position in Brixton in 2008, says there's been no real change in how black people are treated by police since that time.

Marcia Rigg said that the conviction of Derek Chauvin, while positive and 'a historical moment', does not change the reality of how black people are treated by police.
