Catch-up tzar quits the government over treasury support

Sir Kevan Collins, the government's 'catch-up tzar' has left the government saying the money available was 'too little, too small'.

Sir Kevan is understood to have asked for £15bn but only got £1.4bn, which he said 'falls far short of what is needed'.
