The prime minister’s top advisor was grilled today by opposition MPs about her knowledge of sexual misconduct allegations against Canada’s former top soldier. Katie Telford told a Commons committee that she did not know the content of a complaint against Gen. Jonathan Vance until Global News broke the story.
