The Chinese mainland has reported no new domestic COVID-19 cases for the first time in 11 days. Meanwhile, more than 150 million people have been vaccinated nationwide. Officials say they expect about 70 percent of the population to be inoculated by the end of this year. Following the recent outbreak in Ruili, Yunnan Province, the border city has finished a second round of mass testing. But strict measures will remain in place in communities, quarantine centers, markets and hospitals.
