The tiny French village of Saint-Senier-de-Beuvron in the heart of the Normandy countryside is taking on one of the world's richest tech billionaires: #SpaceX founder #ElonMusk. The village has been chosen by SpaceX as one of numerous sites to build a ground station as part of its #Starlink project, which aims to provide broadband #internet from satellites in space. But fears the radio waves emitted by the station's antennas could cause health problems have led the town to block construction.
