Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has addressed the Commons following Boris Johnson's statement about the findings of the long-awaited Sue Gray report into parties at Downing Street during lockdown.

He began by describing the door of Number 10 Downing Street as a great symbol of British democracy, and that although the Prime Minister has great power, his stay there is only temporary.
