Johnny Depp returns to stand as Amber Heard defamation trial nears end | FULL

2:11:00 Johnny Depp unexpectedly took the stand once again on Wednesday in the final days of his defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard, facing further questions and denying claims made by Heard.
Depp testified that Heard hit him while on their honeymoon on The Orient Express, resulting in “a shiner” in photographs from the period.
18:30 Supermodel Kate moss — who was romantically involved with Depp from 1994 to 1998 — also testified virtually on Wednesday and told the court about an incident in which she fell down a flight of stairs and was saved by Depp.
"He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs," she said.
Following Depp’s testimony, Morgan Tremaine, TMZ’s field assignment manager in 2016, took the stand. (Heard’s team attempted to block the witness, but the judge dismissed the motion.)
The trial is now in its sixth and final week, one that has provided an ugly glimpse into the couple’s toxic relationship.
Depp is suing Heard for libel in Fairfax County Circuit Court over a December 2018 op-ed she wrote in The Washington Post describing herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.” His lawyers say he was defamed by the article even though it never mentioned his name.
