Gaza residents are still struggling to recover from the heavy losses brought by the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Islamist Jihad, though both sides agreed to a ceasefire that took effect on Sunday. At least 44 people were killed in Gaza, including 15 children and four women while hundreds with injuries overwhelmed medical workers.
