Health officials in the United States say they are worried about a polio outbreak after a case was confirmed in the state of New York.
The virus has also been detected in the state's sewage system.
Authorities are now appealing to unvaccinated residents, saying they should get their shots as soon as possible.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is so concerned about polio being found in the state that it has sent a team of experts to investigate and try to contain it as quickly as possible.
