The iconic culinary dish – long-renowned for bringing Hong Kong people together – has inspired Swiss chef Nicolas Elalouf, founder of Man Mo Dim Sum, and Larry Tang, owner of Sohofama, to add creative twists to their own versions of the savoury dumplings. Dim sum also continues to influence the work of internationally acclaimed magician Louis Yan and artisanal candle maker Xavier Tsang, founder of BeCandle.
